Cooley: A Three-Time Fortune Best Workplace for Millennials

July 10, 2019

Palo Alto – July 10, 2019 – For the third consecutive year, Fortune has named Cooley to its Best Workplaces for Millennials list, which identifies unique and innovative cultures that help workplaces attract and retain millennial employees. Cooley ranked #24 in the large companies category.

Fortune partners with Great Place to Work to select the Best Workplaces for Millennials list, which is based on input from more than 4.5 million people from Great Place to Work-Certified companies. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated employees’ responses from more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what millennials say about their experiences of trust and ability to reach their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter their role.

Fortune consistently recognizes Cooley as a great place to work, having named the firm to its 100 Best Companies to Work For list six times in a row. In addition, Fortune has named Cooley to its best workplace lists for diversity, women, parents, flexibility, giving back and consulting and professional services.

Other national and regional publications also frequently distinguish Cooley as a great place to work, including Working Mother, Crain’s New York Business and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
