Cooley Named Transatlantic Capital Markets Team of the Year

London – June 18, 2018 – A judging panel at the Transatlantic Legal Awards has named Cooley its Capital Markets Team of the Year. The annual awards ceremony, which highlights cross-border law firm accomplishments, is jointly hosted by Legal Week, The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel.
