"Sen Commerce chmn John Thune(R-SD) sounded doubtful that Title II will remain the law of the land in the FCC’s Open Internet order. 'I would like to see Congress have an opportunity to weigh in on this. I suspect that with the changeover at the FCC there could be some changes made,' he said in an interview on CNBC this week."
