Dermira – $145 Million Follow-On Offering

San Francisco – June 23, 2016 – Cooley advised the underwriters on Dermira's follow-on offering of 5,175,000 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of $144.9 million. Dermira, which is traded on The NASDAQ Global Select Market, is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to identifying, developing and commercializing innovative, differentiated therapies to improve the lives of patients with dermatologic diseases.

Leerink Partners, Cowen and Company and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering and Needham & Company acted as co-manager for the offering.

Cooley advised the underwriters on Dermira's IPO in October 2014 and its subsequent follow-on in August 2015.
