Zero2IPO Names Cooley Legal Advisor of the Year for VC/PE in China

Shanghai – December 11, 2015 – Cooley was named the VC/PE Foreign Fund Raising Legal Advisor of the Year by Zero2IPO. The award is a result of Zero2IPO's China Venture Capital & Private Equity Annual Ranking Survey, which covers the most active foreign and domestic Legal Advisors operating in Mainland China.
