Mike Lincoln Three-Peats as "Power 100" Honoree

Reston – October 29, 2014 – For a third consecutive year, Reston-based partner Mike Lincoln has been named to the Washington Business Journal's "Power 100" list, which recognizes the most influential leaders in business.
As the WBJ notes, Lincoln and the technology scene go hand-in-hand. Lincoln "helped build Cooley into the dominant law firm for D.C.'s ebbing and flowing venture capital market." Earlier this year, he represented Reston-based security company Mandiant in its $1 billion acquisition by FireEye and in 2U's initial public offering. In recognition of his client portfolio that currently includes AvePoint, Clarabridge, Motionsoft, Optoro, Rally Health, Rosetta Stone, SocialRadar and Vubiquity, WBJ suggests that "if anyone offers to introduce you [to Lincoln], take that person up on the offer."
Lincoln is a partner in Cooley's venture capital and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. He also leads the firm's lateral recruiting and strategic growth efforts.
