Cooley was named "Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year – West" and "Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West," while Jim Brogan, partner and head of Cooley's intellectual property practice was named "Colorado Outstanding IP Litigator of the Year." This is the third consecutive year that Cooley has been selected for the "Trademark Contentious – West" award.
