Cooley Advises Underwriters on Zendesk's $115 Million Initial Public Offering

San Francisco – May 23, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today it advised the underwriters in Zendesk, Inc.'s $115 million IPO. Zendesk is a San Francisco-based customer service platform designed to bring organizations and their customers closer together. The company now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ZEN."

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.  Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Canaccord Genuity Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.

The corporate and securities team advising the underwriters included partners Eric Jensen, David Peinsipp and Drew Williamson, as well as associates Jonie Kondracki, Robert Jones, Eric Cheng and Alexis Weiss.
