Cooley Advises AOL on Acquisition of Vidible

San Francisco – December 9, 2014 – Cooley advised AOL Inc., on its acquisition of video management company Vidible Inc. Vidible enables buyers and sellers of digital media to manage and monetize video content across all devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. Read the company press release.
