Partner Craig Menden Named Vice Chair of Subcommittees for the American Bar Association's M&A Committee

Palo Alto, Calif. – February 5, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that mergers & acquisitions partner Craig Menden has been named Vice Chair of the Market Trends Subcommittee of the American Bar Association (ABA) M&A Committee.

In his role as Vice Chair, Menden will assist the various working groups that produce the widely used Deal Points Studies. The Market Trends Subcommittee has produced fifteen different Deal Points Studies, including two in the past few months and has several more in process. In addition to his new leadership role for the Market Trends Subcommittee that oversees the various Market Trends Studies, Craig is also an issue group leader for the US Private Target Deal Points Studies. Craig has been actively involved in the Market Trends Subcommittee for the past six years.
