Heidi Keefe Named by Daily Journal to "Top Women Lawyers" List

Palo Alto, Calif. – May 14, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that Intellectual Property Litigation partner Heidi Keefe was recently named to the "Top Women Lawyers" list by the Daily Journal. Keefe was named to the Daily Journal's "Top IP Litigators" list in April 2013, and also made the newspaper's "Top Women Lawyers" list in 2012.

Keefe, who is based in the firm's Palo Alto office, handles complex patent disputes for clients across a variety of technical areas. For more than five years, Keefe has played a leading role in defending and enforcing Facebook's patent portfolio. Keefe co-led the Cooley team that represented Facebook in the successful resolution of its patent dispute with Yahoo in July 2012. The Daily Journal profile also highlights Keefe's role in the negotiation of favorable settlements on behalf of Cooley clients eBay and LinkedIn.
