Cooley Clients Comprise 1/3rd of San Jose Mercury News "SV150"

April 24, 2013

San Francisco, Calif. – April 24, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it represents more than 50 of the companies named to the San Jose Mercury News' "SV150," which lists the public companies with the highest revenues in Silicon Valley.

According to the Mercury News, "the SV150 provides empirical evidence of the resiliency of the Valley," especially when compared against the SV150 from 10 years ago.

"Cooley has been a strong presence in Silicon Valley for more than 30 years, and throughout that period, we have represented some of the most innovative and successful companies in the world," said Craig Jacoby, head of Cooley's Emerging Companies group. "We are proud and privileged to be associated with so many great companies on this list."

Earlier this month, Cooley topped the American Lawyer's "Corporate Scorecard" as the most active law firm advising issuers on US IPOs and other equity offerings.
