Cooley Advises Millennial Media on its Acquisition of Jumptap

Reston, VA – August 20, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised Millennial Media on its $225 million acquisition of Jumptap. Millennial Media is the leading independent mobile advertising and data platform powering the app economy. Jumptap is a mobile advertising platform that has recently taken a programmatic and mobile-first approach to reaching audiences. The predominantly all stock transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
