Cooley Advises Criteo on its IPO

Boston, Ma. – November 1, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised Criteo S.A. on its initial public offering. Criteo is a leading global technology company that specializes in performance display advertising. Criteo now trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "CRTO."

The Cooley corporate securities team advising Criteo was led by partners Nicole Brookshire and Kenn Guernsey and included partner Stephane Levy; special counsel Lynn Horwitz; and associates Peyton Worley, Anna Jarosinski, Tamim Bazzi and Thomas Smith.
