Cooley Partner Mike Lincoln Named to Washington Business Journal's "Power 100" List

Reston, Va. – December 3, 2012 – Cooley LLP announced today that partner Mike Lincoln has been selected to the Washington Business Journal's "Power 100" list, which profiles "the region's most influential business leaders."

The WBJ article states: "In the world of startup service providers, and lawyers in particular, no name is as ubiquitous as Mike Lincoln's."

 

Lincoln is a partner in Cooley's Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups and leads the firm's lateral recruiting and strategic growth efforts. In 1999, Lincoln co-founded the Reston office and now maintains offices in Reston and New York.

His practice focuses on venture capital, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and the representation of technology and emerging growth companies. In addition, Lincoln represents a number of leading venture capital firms, angel investors and investment banking companies. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he teaches a course on emerging growth companies and venture capital.
