The panel discussed a range of IP-related topics relevant to companies developing or using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, including issues of copyright authorship and ownership, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, risk mitigation and more. We also covered contractual issues that commonly arise for both developers of AI platforms and companies doing business with those developers.
