Cooley will host an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) panel, “AI Legal Trends in 2025: Intellectual Property and Commercial Considerations,” in our New York office on Thursday, May 1.
The panel will discuss a range of IP-related topics relevant to companies developing or using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, including issues of copyright authorship and ownership, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, risk mitigation and more. We also will cover contractual issues that commonly arise for both developers of AI platforms and companies doing business with those developers. This event qualifies for one hour of continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
