The Food and Drug Law Institute’s annual Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference brought together industry, regulators, lawyers, litigators, academics and consultants to discuss trends and issues in enforcement and compliance, the latest developments in civil and criminal litigation, and recent cases and settlements. This year’s conference, which was held virtually and live in Washington, DC, featured top officials from the US Food and Drug Administration, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and other government agencies, along with discussions on managing your company’s enforcement risk and government priorities for the new year.
