Securities Enforcement Forum West 2023 showcased a must-see keynote address by SEC Director of the Division of Enforcement Gurbir Grewal. It also featured an extraordinary directors’ panel highlighting Michele Wein Layne and Monique Winkler (of the SEC’s Los Angeles and San Francisco regional offices, respectively) and nine other panels.
