Event summary

Cooley presented a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar on a new frontier in intellectual property protection and risk: generative artificial intelligence. AI tools increasingly are used to augment and enhance human creativity, but with new opportunities come new challenges for companies and their in-house counsel.

For those who attended in person in Cooley’s New York office, the CLE seminar was followed by a networking reception. The seminar was also offered virtually for anyone who couldn't join in person. A brief Q&A session followed the presentation.
