Cooley partner Brad Goldberg presented alongside the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section. This panel examined the rapidly-evolving landscape of corporate ESG reporting, including the intersection of mandatory and voluntary disclosure regimes – most notably, the US SEC’s recently-proposed climate-related disclosure requirements and standards overseen by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
