Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section. This panel will examine the rapidly-evolving landscape of corporate ESG reporting, including the intersection of mandatory and voluntary disclosure regimes – most notably, the US SEC’s recently-proposed climate-related disclosure requirements and standards overseen by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
