With the effective date of the California Privacy Rights Act fast approaching, this program will focus on the practical dos and don’ts of preparing for CPRA compliance. From an overview of the requirements to the impact of these new requirements from the perspective of both consumer-facing companies and business-facing service providers, this program is designed to give a practical guide to understanding the CPRA and how best to operationalize its requirements into your company's privacy program. Each panelist will bring viewpoints to bear on these new and challenging requirements. Participants can expect a commercially-minded discussion with practical tips and checklists for compliance with the CPRA.
