Before he was appointed Commissioner, Starks helped lead the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau, handling a wide variety of complex investigations, as well as served as a senior advisor to the Deputy Attorney General at the Department of Justice on a variety of domestic and international law enforcement matters.
The Commissioner will discuss a variety of topics that directly affect the tech, media and telecom sectors.
