The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments.
This session will walk you through the life cycle of insurance – from procuring it to preserving rights to maximizing recovery for claims. This program is relevant to both the corporate and litigation sides of in-house practice, as insurance can impact both deal closings and litigation outcomes.
