The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments. 

This session will walk you through the life cycle of insurance  from procuring it to preserving rights to maximizing recovery for claims. This program is relevant to both the corporate and litigation sides of in-house practice, as insurance can impact both deal closings and litigation outcomes.

Credits
