The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments.

Cooley's M&A team will discuss key trends, developments and legal updates relevant to today’s deal economy. Topics will include COVID-19-related deal trends and transaction litigation; stock-for-stock transactions; drafting an earnout: considerations for buyers and sellers; SPACs; and recent developments in M&A case law.
