The American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section will host a panel discussion focused on recent trends in domestic corruption enforcement actions.
The US Department of Justice has recently brought some aggressive domestic bribery cases and over recent months has been bringing FCPA-style corporate resolutions, which are often far more significant when a company's employees bribe state or local officials.
