The Federal Bar Association’s Equality in the Law Conference, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the ratification of the 14th Amendment, will discuss the evolution and history of the Equal Protection Clause – where it has been, where it is now, and where it is going. Dean L. Song Richardson from UCI Law School will be the keynote speaker, where she will address the issues of implicit racial and gender biases. Cooley is a sponsor of this event.
