Tracey leads Cooley’s centralized pitches and proposals team, which works collaboratively across the business to develop client-focused pitches and proposals that are responsive, comprehensive, and compelling to our clients and prospects. Her team delivers targeted pursuit strategies, thought leadership in key message development, storytelling and training to the broader organization on pitch best practices. Tracey has more than 15 years of business development, pursuits and proposal management experience.
