Tim joined Cooley in 2024, bringing with him 10+ years of business development experience. Throughout his career, Tim has maintained and grown a vast network across multiple startup and venture ecosystems. He works with early- through late-stage startups and VC funds, ensuring that he is an active business partner in their journey.

Tim’s work has focused on helping the venture world avoid the pitfalls of starting a new company or fund and, as they continue to grow, ensuring they have the right advisors to guide them to success. His background in the legal and finance sectors has equipped him to help companies on a wide variety of strategic and operational issues throughout their life cycle.

Tim enjoys connecting people in his network; as a super connector in the ecosystem, he likes to ensure that he adds value to the people he meets in the startup world.

Before beginning his career in business development and startups, Tim received his JD at New England Law in Boston and was admitted to the bar in New York and Washington, DC.
