Patrick advises the firm on matters related to client relationships, risk management, professional responsibility and other compliance issues.

Before joining Cooley, Patrick was counsel at a global consulting firm advising on litigation, M&A, and general corporate and compliance matters. He began his legal career as a litigation associate at another international law firm after graduating law school.
