Nikki Chang DiFederico

Nikki Chang DiFederico has a general corporate and securities law practice, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies.

While at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Nikki served as a senior managing editor for the Hastings Law Journal. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Teri L. Jackson of the Superior Court of San Francisco.
