Michele is a law firm leader with 25+ years of legal management and operations experience who leads a team of administrative support business professionals at Cooley. She has a background in talent management, improving work processes, operations and budget planning. Michele has served on several Cooley committees and assisted in disaster recovery efforts – including pilot groups for technology, the development of new administrative support models and crisis management.

As a strategist, Michele leverages technology, talent, innovation and best-in-class practices to improve overall operations. She prides herself in being a forward thinker and mentor in establishing relationships with people at all levels in a multitiered, culturally diverse organization.

Michele also has played a leadership role in community outreach for Safe Horizon, Cycle for Survival, and other charitable groups and initiatives.
