About Louise

Louise leads office operations, real estate and the administrative teams for Cooley’s West Coast and Asia offices. She got her start as a practicing lawyer at an Am Law 50 firm in New York and has since gained experience in several other areas of law firm life – from professional development and attorney recruitment to human resources and post-merger integration (and dissolution) – before landing at Cooley in an administrative and operational capacity. Her day-to-day focus entails working with her team in collaboration with other functional areas to support and align with the firm’s goals.
