Erin is a director of human resources at Cooley. She joined the firm in 1999 and has worked in many functional areas within HR, including her current remit of employee relations and engagement, business professional recruiting, HR information systems, and professional development for business professionals. If this sounds like a full plate, it is, but Erin values her strong teams, which help accomplish the firm’s goals in these areas.
