Elizabeth Magnotti

Dr. Elizabeth Magnotti focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patents in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology realm. She also prepares invalidity, freedom-to-operate, and patentability opinions. Elizabeth has technical expertise in a wide range of disciplines, including biomaterials, nanotechnology, CAR T therapy, and antibody discovery.

Elizabeth's doctoral research in chemistry at Emory University focused on the development of peptide biomaterials. Subsequently, Elizabeth completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, where she developed antibody and CAR T therapies for ovarian cancer. Elizabeth has co-authored several publications, appearing in Expert Opinion in Drug Discovery, the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Protein-based Engineered Nanostructures, Interface Focus, and Structure.
