Corinne leads Cooley’s team of human resources professionals in London and Brussels. In line with the firm’s strategy, she advises on all aspects of human resources – including strategic human resources planning, engagement and retention, talent management, organisational development and design, employee benefits and well-being management, employee relations, and people analytics. She also collaborates closely with the DEI team to support the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Corinne has more than 18 years of human resources experience in the legal sector and brings an innovative approach to human resources management.
