Mandy leads a team of administrative and operations professionals who focus on providing cutting-edge and cost-effective operational solutions, superior client service, and people-first leadership in all of Cooley’s East Coast offices – including Chicago and Colorado. She works closely with the chief operating officer to drive strategic operational initiatives and is responsible for real estate and construction projects that reinforce the Cooley brand. Mandy has 20+ years of experience at Am Law 50 firms in operations, human resources, recruiting, and training and development.
