Sonia Nath, Cooley partner and chair of the firm’s global life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice group, authored an article in Sedgwick’s State of the Nation 2024 report about the main concerns of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2023, including the infant formula crisis, recalls, foodborne illnesses and efforts to restructure the oversight of the FDA’s Human Foods Program.
