Podcast with Intel's Director of Corporate Citizenship re Conflict Minerals

Intel recently announced that its products were now entirely "DRC conflict free" (free of minerals that contribute to the violence in the DRC and surrounding countries). You really have to give a hand to them for undertaking and meeting this really daunting challenge –and well before any requirement was even imagined by Congress. They visited 60 smelters all over the world and developed the certified smelter program because they were not making much progress trying to approach the issue with their thousands of first-line suppliers.
