Partner Lyle Roberts, special counsel George Anhang and associate Kyle Reynolds, members of the Securities Litigation practice group, authored an article for the PLI course handbook, Handling a Securities Case 2013: From Investigation to Trial and Everything in Between, on when a claim based on a fraud "in connection with" a securities transaction is precluded by the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1998.
