Orion Armon, partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group, authored an article on the possibility that there will be an increase of "overlapping patents on mHealth products and their components."  The article lays out recommendations for mHealth companies so they are able to better manage their intellectual property and reduce patent infringement risk.
