This article from The Wall Street Journal, reports that, so far, two companies, possibly including Legal Zoom, have submitted confidential draft IPO registration statements as permitted under new JOBS Act provisions. In addition, the article supports the understanding of our Capital Markets' group that investment banks plan to wait before taking advantage of the new relaxation of rules related to research reports and participation of analysts in potential client meeting "until they receive guidance from regulators including the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority."
