Although SEC offices in DC, New York and Philadelphia are closed Monday and Tuesday, October 29 and 30, and the SEC Boston office is closed on Monday, EDGAR is operating normally, and  Filer Support is available (cfitedgar@sec.gov (202-551-8900)). Registrants with urgent requests or questions are advised to contact Jim Daly for Corp Fin (dalyj@sec.gov) or Christian Sandoe for Inv Management (sandoec@sec.gov), who will forward messages to the appropriate personnel.  Additional information can be found here. Government Operating Status information can be found here

The SEC is aware that, during this weather emergency, filers may be unable to submit their filings.  The SEC advises registrants to file when they are able to do so.  Corp Fin will handle requests for filing date adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
