The SEC is making technical corrections to the release on enhanced proxy disclosure. A copy of the release can be found online

Specifically, in Forms 10-K and 10-Q, they are reverting to the original numbering of the items appearing in each form to avoid confusion with existing literature. So, in Form 10-K, the items that previously related to submission of matters to a vote of stockholders (Item 4 in Part I of Form 10-K and Item 4 in Part II of Form 10-Q) will each instead be "reserved." They are also making some minor corrections to Form 8-K: (i) adding an instruction, which was inadvertently omitted, that corresponds to an instruction contained in Forms 10-Q and 10-K allowing certain wholly owned subsidiaries to omit the disclosure of stockholder voting results; and (ii) amending the text to make it consistent with the discussion of the amendments to that form contained in the adopting Release No. 33-9089.

The SEC also has adopted proposed changes to the e-proxy rules.
