SEC posts final rules on small company regulatory relief and changes to Form S-3 eligibility requirements
By Cydney Posner
For those interested in some entertaining holiday reading, the SEC has posted two fat new releases: Smaller Reporting Company Regulatory Relief and Simplification, which weighs in at 216 pages, and Revisions to the Eligibility Requirements for Primary Securities Offerings on Forms S-3 and F-3, a slim volume at only 70 pages. Each of these releases will become effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. Summaries are in the offing, but most likely not until the new year.
