There is a new release from the SEC advising that Monday, December 24, 2007 has been declared a non-working day for the federal government. Consistent with SEC operation on a federal holiday, EDGAR will not be operational that day. Filings will not be accepted and the filing website will not be operational. The SEC will resume normal operation on Wednesday morning, December 26, 2007.
