SEC posts exec comp releases with new release numbers

The SEC has finally posted on its site the revised final exec comp regs., which now have a new release number (Release 33-8732A) and exclude the reproposal to require compensation disclosure for three additional highly compensated employees to conform with publication in the Federal Register. The SEC has also posted a new proposing release (Release 33-8735) on the reproposal.
