Reminder Re Change to 10-Q Cover

In connection with adoption of final rules regarding shell companies, the SEC added a new check box to the cover of Form 10-Q, Form 10-QSB, Form 10-K, Form 10-KSB and Form 20-F to allow market participants and regulators to identify shell companies more easily. (See my email of 7/15/05) That change became effective on August 22. Keep in mind that the Securities Reform Act, effective December 1, will also involve a new cover page check box (among a few other things).
