Crusoe Raises $3.9 Billion Series F
Denver – September 17, 2026 – Cooley advised Crusoe, the industry’s first vertically-integrated AI infrastructure provider, on its $3.9 billion Series F funding round, at a $30.9 billion post-money valuation. The oversubscribed round was co-led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital and Valor Equity Partners, alongside significant backing from new and existing investors including Founders Fund, GIC, NVIDIA, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Radical Ventures and TPG.
A Cooley team led by Michael Platt, Kelly Bartling, Jared Daraie and Lanny Holstein partnered with the Crusoe legal team led by Heather Ashour, assistant general counsel and Jamey Seeley, chief legal officer.
Cooley previously advised Crusoe on its $1.375 billion Series E in October 2025.
