OpenEvidence Raises $250 Million Series D
Miami – January 22, 2026 – Cooley advised OpenEvidence, the most widely used artificial intelligence (AI) platform by doctors in America, on its $250 million Series D financing, valuing the company at $12 billion and making it the most valuable healthcare AI company in the world. The new funding will be used to invest heavily in the research and development and compute costs associated with the multi-AI agentic architecture of OpenEvidence, which provides the highest quality and most accurate medical answers of any system in the world.
The round was co-led by Thrive Capital and DST Global, and brings the total funding raised by OpenEvidence to nearly $700 million over the past year.
