Cooley Expands M&A Practice in London With Partner Hire

London – 15 July 2025Jonathan Cohen has joined Cooley as a partner in the firm’s London M&A practice. Cohen focuses his practice on the tech sector, advising disruptive high-growth and technology-centred businesses and investors on strategic UK and cross-border transactions.

Cohen also advises on fundraisings, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters. He has worked across multiple tech sectors, including digital banking, fintech, digital healthcare, edtech and renewables.
